Juice Press Blue Magic smoothie | Della's Review

Usually I would bring my lunch at work, but recently I skip to prepare my lunch in the morning. So few days ago I went outside my work to get some light food. I stopped by the Juice press located on West 33rd St on the Empire State Building. I saw a guy with the blue smoothie, so while waiting on the line, I quickly read the menu on the board. Then I saw Blue Magic. I'm assuming that's gonna be the drink. And yes I was right. Apparently it is a new additional smootihie by Juice Press. It says for energy, healing, and protein. It's from blue magic *whatever that is*, maca, plant protein, banana, cinnamon, almond butter and almond milk. And for you guys who is so cerncern about calories, it has 330cal inside a drink.

Saturday Morning Going To Work

Today going to work instead of taking a subway ride I decided to walk. I'm gonna tell you though, even though my bus stops at Port Authority Terminal 42nd St, I always take the subway to get to work at 34th St, it means just one stop. When I first got the job, I always walked. But when I know about the subway, yes I switch to taking a subway ride. I would say it costly though. It costs $2.75 per ride, and that would be times two for the back and forth. But it saves a lot of time and energy.

So yes, today I decided to walk. I kinda miss the area, it has been awhile. So here are some pictures I took on the way to work.

NYC In The Morning

So, today it's kinda different, I usually ride the bus from Jersey where I live to work. And my hubby has always drop me to the bus stop, but today he needed to go to work earlier than usual, so I took his ride and got to the bus stop 45mins earlier. When I got to Manhattan it was still very early. I googled the Apple Store in Manhattan, and the one in Grand Central Terminal opens at 7AM. I'm like let me go there because I need to get the case for my MacBook I purchased recently. From the Port Authority, I took the 7 train and it just took me 2 stops. So I went straight to the Apple Store and bought what I wanted. From there I walked to work. I snapped some pictures, the weather was weird because when I left the house it was gloomy, and when I left Grand Central Terminal it was so beautiful outside.

So here are some pictures I took all the way to work.

The Apple Store at Grand Central Terminal at 8 o’clock in the morning. Mind you, they open at 7AM though.

Before I left Grand Central Terminal, I snapped this by the stairs.

My Living Room

A lot of times when I go to HomeGoods or Home Sense or Target, I found myself getting some decoration. It could be candles or decor pillows or anything. So here are some photos of my living room.

PS: I'm STILL working on it though...

Pretty much all the decorations were from HomeGoods and Home Sense. The ottomans were from Target. The 4 pieces of art were from Ikea. I actually got that idea when my hubby and I went to see an apartment. The big floor lantern lamp was also from Ik…

Makeup Corner

Helloooo... I hope everyone is well!!! I’ve been so busy, for the past 3 years as I work in the department store. I am very seldom to make any makeup videos on YouTube. Anyhow I’m back now, and I wanted to share some of my “stuffs”

Gonna start with my makeup corner...

*All details are in the description below.

IMG_0601.JPG
IMG_0602.JPG

I do not have a proper vanity to stack up all my makeup products, so I just use what I have, which I put them on top of my dresser. Stacked some of Muji’s acrylic drawers, lipsticks holders are from wish.com, the makeup brushes are mix from Ikea and Homegoods.

IMG_0604.JPG

I added faux white orchid and books from HomeGoods and Pier One’s diffuser on the other end of the dresser.

IMG_0605.JPG

I do have white console table on next to the dresser which I put some of my makeup brushes. The wooden plaque with mason jars is from Target, the industrial style accent drawers are from Marshall’s.

IMG_0607.JPG

Instead of hanging the wooden plaque on the wall, I put on top of my console table.

I just put my Marc Jacob and Too Faced eyeshadows palette along with the Joe Malone English Pear & Freesia Cologne

Color Series / Fuchsia - Liner

Hello my beauties,

So I started the color series on my YouTube channel, first one I filmed the Maya Blue and now it is Fuchsia. This time I tried not to use the fuchsia color as my eyeshadow (I had posted one video before regarding fuchsia eyeshadow - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVPn3vvwnPU ) in fact I used this color as my eyeliner. That means I only use a natural eyeshadow color to emphasize the color of my eyeliner which is fuchsia. So here are all the details about the products that i used. Coffee At The Bookstore

It was one fine day when my husband brought me to Starbucks coffee (as we are Starbucks fans). When we drove in, the car park was full. As a matter of fact the line was crazy inside, just to place an order. We looked in the store but so unfortunate that we were not able to find a single seat free. Or I would say, it was so fortunate for Starbucks company for having a bunch of customers inside the store. I'm not quite sure whether they are making a good sales or not, a lot of customers brought their notebooks along to do their work and sat there for hours though.

We left the place without order anything. We went to the mall as we planned to do after having coffees. As we walked out the mall we saw Starbucks coffee inside Barnes & Noble bookstore. We thought it would be cool to get some coffees now and from outside glass door clearly shown they have seats available.

Eventually my husband get himself a coffee, and a soy mocha for me. We sat there, looked around there were a lot of teenage people came to do their homework (I suppose) with a lot of books with them. Our next table was a Chinese couple, they were reading some magazines. The couple the other table were playing some cards. My husband stood up to get some books, he brought me books about photography because he knew I like to know more about it.

That moment reminded me so much when I was living in Dubai, I really liked to have some coffee at the coffee shop inside kunikuniya or Borders.  It was awesome to have the feeling so relaxing while sipping a cup of coffee and reading the books we want to read, or even blogging to those who like it.

IT'S WORTH A TRY!!!
